Infant Skin Care FAQsDiaper Rash
| Why are we different from other diaper rash treatments: | ||
| Most diaper rash treatments contain zinc oxide. While zinc oxide is a great barrier it is also a drying agent. A drying agent may further irritate your baby's dry skin. We use three waxes as our barrier, which help conserve your baby's natural moisture while also protecting the skin. | ||
| How often should I apply Formula II? | ||
| Apply with each diaper change. |
||
How much Formula II should I apply? |
||
| If diaper rash is severe, apply as a thick coating. Do not rub into the skin. A thick coating will create a barrier to help protect your baby's skin from further irritation. As diaper rash starts to clear you may apply less Formula II and be able to rub into the skin. |

Is Formula II safe for women who are pregnant or nursing? |
